Our reusable rice filled Hot/Cold Pack is the perfect solution for soothing your motherly aches and pains. Its dual functionality of hot and cold therapy give you the option of providing quick relief to any area of your body.

These packs have been designed for use with the Embrace sweater, but can be used externally as well. The packs are also offered with lavender buds from our own farm for additional aromatherapy.
