Return/Exchange Policy

Due to strict health regulations and the intimate nature of nursing sweaters, we are unable to accept returns on these items. We understand the importance of quality and satisfaction in maternity wear, which is why we emphasize our commitment to ensuring the highest standards in our products.

If you encounter any defects with your nursing sweater, we are more than willing to arrange an exchange. To initiate an exchange, please send a detailed email to exchanges@renandoak.ca with the Subject Line: "EXCHANGE/DEFECTIVE". In your email, please include a description of the defect and any relevant photos to expedite the process.

Please note that while we will replace defective items, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange. This policy ensures the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality in our products.
